Joaquín Silva (Cristobal's father) spent over 30 years as a professional painter and project manager for both residential homes and large commercial projects including hospitals. Rey Silva Sr. (Rey Jr.'s father) brought comprehensive remodeling expertise — from drywall installation and taping to tile work, flooring installation, and complete bathroom and kitchen remodels. His multi-trade skills demonstrated how to handle every aspect of a home renovation with confidence.

Rey Jr. brought extensive hands-on operations experience and project management expertise from years of fieldwork.
