Design, cabinets, counters, tile, and the trades behind the walls. One contractor from the first layout to the punch list.
Layout, cabinets, counters, and backsplash are scoped together, with plumbing and electrical handled in the same contract when the walls have to move.
A refresh keeps the layout. A remodel can move the sink, the range, and the walls.
The finish only looks right if the same person owns the handoff from demo to the last piece of trim.

Oil-based primer and two self-leveling coats. Refinishing runs about half to a third the cost of new cabinets, and it takes 1–2 weeks.
Quartz, granite, marble, and quartzite through our suppliers. Template to install is typically one week.
Moving a sink, adding circuits, or opening a wall stays with us. You are not hiring a second contractor mid-job.
Most homeowners stay in the house. The kitchen itself is down for the demo and cabinet set.
We recommend one of these after we see the room, not from a photo.
Keep the layout and the cabinet boxes.
New cabinets. The walls stay where they are.
The layout changes.
Not sure which scope fits? We look at the kitchen and recommend only the work it needs.
